An interactive tool developed to help student Dietitians estimate the energy, protein and carbohydrate content of foods typically consumed in the UK.

Youll see pictures of foods youll recognise and can guess their nutritional contents. There are three separate modes Energy, Protein and Carbohydrate which enables you to concentrate on the nutrient you are most interested in. Whichever nutrient you chose, start with individual foods (eg pork chop), then progress to meals (eg pork chop, roast potatoes, carrots and gravy). Track your progress by keeping an eye on your scores at the top of the screen.
